Order Processing 

We handcraft your story within 3–4 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays). During busy drops or promotions, it might take up to 5 business days. Good stories take a little time—but they're always worth the wait. 

Shipping Details 

Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and accurate (including correct spelling, apartment numbers, and PIN codes). Thread Stories is not responsible for missed deliveries due to incomplete or incorrect information. 

Delivery Timeline 

 Standard delivery takes 4–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on your location; however, we will always keep you in the loop. 

Undelivered Packages 

If your tracking number says “delivered” but your tee is missing, please first contact your local courier. We cannot be held responsible for packages marked as delivered. 

Tracking Updates 

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If no updates appear in tracking after 2 business days, please contact us at info@threadstories.store. 

Multiple Shipments 

Orders may be split into separate packages to ensure smooth delivery. Tracking information will be provided for each shipment.
