Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. To cancel, please send your order number and reason for cancellation to info@threadstories.store. Refunds are only processed if the cancellation is made within the specified timeframe or if the item received is damaged or defective and an exchange is not possible. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
